All rooms were well-designed and functional.

We needed Wheelchair Accessible room with bathroom, big fluffy beds and it was available.

We spent 7 nights in wonderful and bright room for shampoo. The room also had central heating, a safe, and TV with cable channels. The location was marvellous and awesome for traveling around Mainz, adjacent to tram stop, the city center, and the main train station. Neustadt district was worth staying in.

We didn't like the bed, it was broken.

Basic room, spacious bathroom for disabled, unnecessary extra bed, limited storage space, and warm temperature. Limited street parking availability. Excellent location in Neustadt, with nearby supermarkets, river, and public transport. Cosy room with essential amenities, excluding minibar. Good hairdryer provided. In-room vault fits tablet. Blackout curtains and soundproof windows. Enjoyed the stay and willing to return. Impressed with cleanliness. Convenient for Rhine Radweg cyclists. Easy access to town center via public transport or Uber. Room change due to hot sun. No air conditioning available.

Peaceful and nice location near to transport into town and Rhine, Germany and the parking free and centre; easy check-in. A double room for shampoo.

The location was excellent, with many cool locations nearby and easy access to public transport. The room was cozy and well-equipped, with blackout curtains and windows that blocked noise effectively. The hotel also provided a vault in every room, which was able to fit a tablet.

The room was quite small, as shown in the photos, and did not have a mini-fridge. It would have been great to have a place to store food or drinks, especially during the summer.

The location was favourable - very close to Close to transport into town, and tram and bus. Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with drinks, big fluffy beds and shampoo and got it upon arrival.

Make sure you stay in the a double room with shampoo and bedroom, as example. All the staff members are hospitable and excellent.

Liked the room for shampoo, my bed was comfortable. The amenities included an air conditioning and a storage space.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Mainz for 7 nights and had a great experience. the value for money was excellent as the prices were reasonable for the services provided. Secondly, the hotel paid great attention to detail, ensuring that the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable for remote work. Lastly, the location, although a bit far from the city center, was easily accessible and the area is still under development.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fine.

The location was quiet and easy - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The staff we met were especially helpful.
